Booking and Cancellation Policy – Chill House Deva

At Chill House Deva, we aim to offer flexibility to our guests while maintaining fair management of our room availability. Your reservation is governed by the following payment and cancellation conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Payment Guarantee: To secure a reservation, the system will perform an authorization on your card for the total amount of the stay. Fund Processing: Funds are initially blocked and will be collected (captured) within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of booking. 2. Right of Withdrawal (48-hour Window) We understand that plans can change quickly. That is why we offer a courtesy window: Free Cancellation: Any reservation cancelled within the first 48 hours from the moment of booking benefits from a full refund (100%), provided that the check-in date is more than 7 days away. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Relative to Check-in Date) Cancellation commissions apply based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date, as follows:
More than 7 days before check-in (within the first 48h): Cancellation within the first 48 hours from the moment of booking is FREE (100% refund).
More than 7 days before check-in (after the first 48h): After the first 48 hours have expired, a cancellation commission of 2% of the total transaction value applies, intended to cover bank processing costs.
Between 7 days and 3 days before check-in: A cancellation commission of 50% of the total reservation value applies, regardless of when the booking was made. In this period, the 48-hour rule no longer applies.
Less than 3 days before check-in (including Last Minute Bookings): The reservation becomes non-refundable. The amount paid is not returned (100% cancellation commission). Reservations made less than 3 days before the check-in date are considered non-refundable from the moment payment is confirmed.
No-show: Non-refundable (100% cancellation commission). 4. Invoicing The Fiscal Invoice for accommodation services is issued on the day of Check-in. In case of cancellations with fees, a fiscal invoice will be issued for the retained amount, titled "Cancellation Commission", according to the policy accepted at the time of booking. 5. Refund Process Refunds will be made exclusively to the card used for the initial payment, through our payment processor, euplătesc.ro. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on the card-issuing bank (usually between 1 and 30 days). Completing the reservation on our site confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
