Video Surveillance Information (CCTV) - Chill House Deva

In accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (GDPR), S.C. Sunet Digital SRL informs guests about the use of video surveillance systems at the Chill House Deva location. 1. Purpose of monitoring Video surveillance is used exclusively for: • Security: Ensuring the guard and protection of goods, values, and the physical integrity of guests and staff. • Prevention: Preventing and discouraging antisocial acts (theft, destruction, unauthorized access). • Legitimate Interest: Monitoring vulnerable areas (entrances, common corridors) to ensure compliance with the location's regulations. 2. Monitored Areas • Cameras are located exclusively in common areas and at access points (access corridors, staircase, main entrance). • NOTE: There are no video cameras mounted inside the apartments (bedrooms, living rooms) or in bathrooms, respecting the guests' right to privacy. 3. Who has access to the data? The recorded images are confidential. Access to them is restricted to the system administrator and can be provided to the authorities (Police, Prosecutor's Office) only based on an official request in case of an incident. 4. Storage Duration Video recordings are kept for a maximum period of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted, except for situations where they are necessary for the investigation of an incident. 5. Your Rights As a data subject, you have the right to request access to the recordings in which you appear or their deletion (under the conditions of the law).
