Internal House Rules - Chill House Deva

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please respect the following internal rules of the apartments managed by S.C. Sunet Digital SRL. 1. Conduct and Quiet Hours • Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace between 22:00 – 08:00. • Parties: Parties, noisy events, or any activities that may bother neighbors are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule leads to immediate termination of the contract and eviction without refund of paid amounts. • Behavior: Guests must maintain civilized behavior throughout their stay. • Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to carry out illegal activities of any kind. Any violation of the law will be reported immediately to the police. The sanction is immediate eviction without any refund. 2. Smoking and Prohibited Substances • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You can only smoke in specially designated places (outdoors), using the ashtrays provided. • Substances: Consumption or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately to the authorities. 3. Pets • Access with pets is prohibited, except in cases where a prior written agreement has been obtained from the owner (additional cleaning fees may apply). 4. Cleaning and Maintenance • Maintaining Cleanliness: The client undertakes to maintain cleanliness inside the apartment. • Extra Cleaning Fee: If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty state, an additional fee of 150 RON will apply. • Trash: Please deposit trash in specially designated places. 5. Safety and Liability • Personal Items: The owner does not assume liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left in the apartment. • Equipment and Installations: Please use household appliances and installations with care. Any failure must be announced immediately. • Visitors: It is not allowed to host people who are not part of the group declared at the time of booking, without prior notification to the owner. 6. Sanctions • Violation of any rule in these regulations gives the owner the right to immediately evacuate clients, with the retention of the guarantee and without refund of accommodation costs.
